📖 Historical Note:
The Chauhans of Ranthambore trace their origin to the mythical fire-pit (Agnikunda) at Mount Abu, believed to have been created to combat demonic forces. The clan is considered among the 36 ruling Rajput clans and possibly of Gurjara origin. The Chauhans were known for their valour and resistance against invading powers.
